PharmCalc is designed to support pharmacy workflows while collecting as little information as possible.
PharmCalc does not require an account, and it should never be used to enter patient-identifiable information, protected health information (PHI), prescription-specific patient details, or other confidential patient information.
Use PharmCalc for workflow math, not patient documentation storage. Do not enter PHI.
Information We Collect
PharmCalc uses Google Analytics to collect general usage information that helps improve the application.
- Pages visited
- Features used
- General device, browser, and operating system information
- Approximate usage statistics
- General geographic region
This information is used to understand how PharmCalc is used, identify areas for improvement, and maintain a better user experience.
What We Do Not Collect
PharmCalc does not intentionally collect:
- Patient information
- Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Prescription histories
- Personal medical information
- User accounts or passwords
- Payment card details
Do not enter patient-identifiable information into PharmCalc.
Cookies & Analytics
PharmCalc uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage information that helps improve the application. Depending on your browser and Google Analytics configuration, cookies or similar technologies may be used for this purpose.
PharmCalc does not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, personalized advertising, or Google Signals.

PharmCalc currently uses third-party services for limited purposes:

PharmCalc does not sell personal information. Analytics information is used to improve PharmCalc and understand general usage patterns.
