PharmCalc is designed to support pharmacy workflows while collecting as little information as possible.

PharmCalc does not require an account, and it should never be used to enter patient-identifiable information, protected health information (PHI), prescription-specific patient details, or other confidential patient information.

Bottom line:
Use PharmCalc for workflow math, not patient documentation storage. Do not enter PHI.
